Please have the following ready:
- Applying on behalf of someone else? Ensure you have a power of attorney from the applicant, which can be uploaded with the application..
- Modifying existing land/building? Have the A-number or B-number ready.
- Ownership transfer? Prepare documentation for the ownership change, such as a purchase agreement.
